Job Title: Senior Power Systems Studies Engineer

Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced engineer to independently lead and perform advanced power systems studies, including electromagnetic transients, load flow, short-circuit, stability analysis, and control design. This role involves technical leadership, project management, proposal development, and client engagement in the field of transmission and distribution (T&D) systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct complex studies using tools such as PSCAD, EMTP, PSS/E, MATLAB, and Python.
• Analyze and model renewable energy systems, battery storage, and grid modernization technologies.
• Lead project planning, execution, and reporting to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Develop and present technical reports, proposals, and publications.
• Support business development and represent the company in industry forums and client interactions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Electrical Engineering with a focus on power systems.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in power systems consulting, utility planning, or T&D equipment applications.
• Proficiency in simulation and modeling software, programming languages, and industry standards (IEEE, NERC, etc.).
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
