Facility Planner – Healthcare | up to $109K + Benefits | Buffalo, NY (Relocation Assistance Provided)

AP Executive Staffing is partnered with a premier healthcare network in Buffalo, NY to hire a Facility Planner for a direct hire opportunity. This role offers relocation assistance and great benefits and an 8-4pm Monday thru Friday, hybrid schedule. The Facility Planner will report directly to the VP of Facility & Planning and play a key role in facility planning, programming, drafting, and construction documentation across a range of healthcare projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead all phases of facility planning and development from early discussions through construction completion.
• Provide predesign services including feasibility and departmental impact studies.
• Prepare architectural and construction drawings used for asset management and internal projects.
• Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and specifications for renovations, modernizations, and new builds.
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal departments, external consultants, and contractors to ensure quality execution and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field (Architectural Registration not required).
• Experience in healthcare or medical industry required.
• Construction Project Management experience required.
• 4+ years of experience in healthcare-related architectural planning, design, or construction.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2014 or newer) and MS Project highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project documentation and lead projects up to $12 million.
• Must be able to navigate construction sites and building exteriors.
• Strong working knowledge of architectural, MEP drawings, and building codes.
• Sensitivity to interior design aesthetics, furniture specification, and material selection.

Salary range: up to $109,000 depending on experience +benefits + relocation assistance to Buffalo, NY.
