Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate and support candidate sourcing and hiring processes specifically within warehouse settings.
  • Oversee employee benefits administration, including enrollment and coordination with providers.
  • Lead new hire onboarding, orientation sessions, and support early-stage employee training initiatives.
  • Cultivate strong working relationships with supervisors and employees; act as a liaison to ensure clear communication and issue resolution.
  • Provide guidance to managers on employee relations matters, escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Partner with senior HR leadership to deliver coaching and apply company policies effectively.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in the ADP HRIS system and manage regular HR data reporting.
  • Support compliance with employment regulations and participate in miscellaneous HR projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2–5 years of human resources experience required.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential.
  • Must be proficient with ADP WorkForce Now platform.
  • Previous experience in employee relations within a manufacturing or distribution setting preferred.
  • Understanding of worker’s compensation, recruitment, and immigration/visa processes is advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of state and federal labor laws.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
