Immediate Opportunity for a Self-Starting Sales Professional

Compensation: Open + Generous Uncapped Commission

an automated AI/ML platform founded by Bell Labs veterans and recognized by Gartner specializing in Responsible AI. Deployed across Industries, for various use cases EazyML platform has extensive APIs also and is used by both data scientists and Business users.

We are expanding our sales team and seeking a dynamic Full-Cycle Sales Executive to drive revenue growth, manage the entire sales process, and build lasting client relationships. This role is for go-getters only — if chasing new logos, breaking barriers, and hustling in the trenches excites you, we want to talk.

We are Looking for Self-Starting Sales Professionals who can immediately begin building their own pipeline through prospecting, networking, and personal outreach initiatives. The ideal candidate will have an established track record of creating opportunities without company provided leads. This position offers exceptional potential for a motivated sales professional who can effectively communicate the transformative power of EazyML Platform and it’s Use cases and build strong client relationships in this rapidly evolving market.

This position requires immediate self-sufficiency in lead generation, making it perfect for sales professionals who:

  • Has existing book of business and networks they can leverage
  • Excel at creating opportunities through cold outreach
  • Demonstrate success in building relationships from scratch
  • Can identify and engage potential clients through independent prospecting
  • Are comfortable managing their entire sales pipeline from lead generation to close

Primary responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients who would benefit from EazyML Responsible AI solutions which encompasses both GenAI & Classical AI solutions. (Visit
  • Guide prospects through the value proposition
  • Navigate complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Maintain detailed records of all sales activities in our CRM
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Can-Do attitude and a Hunger to learn/grow/iterate and succeed

Compensation Structure:

  • Salary and Commission-based position offering 15-20% of each closed contract
  • Uncapped earning potential
  • Performance-based commission tier increases

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in technology or SaaS sales
  • Experience selling complex solutions to business decision-makers
  • Understanding of data/ML/AI
  • Excellence in prospecting and lead generation
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to explain technical solutions in business terms
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales tools
  • Minimum 4-5 yrs experience
