Insight Global is seeking a dynamic and visionary Athletic Director to lead and elevate the athletics program for one of our clients. This role is ideal for a passionate leader committed to fostering excellence in sports, promoting student-athlete development, and building a culture of integrity, inclusion, and community.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Culture

• Champion a student-centered, inclusive athletic culture that supports academic, social, and emotional growth.
• Promote sportsmanship, positive coaching, and strong communication among coaches, athletes, and families.
• Engage with students, families, faculty, and the broader community to strengthen school spirit and culture.

Program Management

• Oversee all athletic operations, including compliance with league and state regulations.
• Lead hiring, training, and evaluation of coaches and athletic staff.
• Collaborate on facility maintenance and enhancements.
• Manage scheduling, game-day operations, and team travel logistics.

Strategic Planning & Budgeting

• Develop and manage departmental budgets in partnership with finance leadership.
• Lead long-term planning for operational and capital needs.
• Ensure sound fiscal management and adherence to budget parameters.

Communication & Media

• Serve as the primary spokesperson for the athletics program.
• Partner with marketing and communications teams to promote events, achievements, and updates across digital platforms.
• Maintain a strong online presence and contribute to internal and external publications.

External Relations & Development

• Represent Insight Global at league meetings and on committees.
• Lead fundraising, sponsorship, and community engagement initiatives.
• Support summer sports clinics and other outreach programs.

Student-Athlete Experience

• Implement leadership and sportsmanship programming.
• Provide guidance on collegiate recruitment and athletic eligibility.
• Gather and act on student-athlete feedback to improve programs.

🔹 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in sports management, business operations, or athletic administration.
• Experience managing sports facilities and coaching at the high school or collegiate level is a plus.
• Deep understanding of high school athletics and the needs of student-athletes.
• Strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
