Job Title: Accounting Clerk

Location: Richmond, CA

Pay: $25/hour

Position Type: Temp to Hire

Work Environment: Fully Onsite

Job Summary:

This is a fully onsite, temp-to-hire opportunity offering hands-on experience in both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and interested in growing their career in accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and enter invoices for Accounts Payable.

  • Assist with Accounts Receivable, including applying payments and following up on outstanding balances.

  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records.

  • Perform account reconciliations and support month-end close activities.

  • Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks as needed.

  • Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve invoice or payment discrepancies.

  • Provide general accounting support to the finance team.

Requirements:

  • Entry-level;

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Basic understanding of accounting principles.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other basic computer applications.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to work fully onsite in Richmond.
