In this full-time role, youll drive clinical operations, support staff development, and ensure consistent, high-quality care for mothers and infants.This is the perfect opportunity for a skilled RN ready to bring their leadership to a patient-first, mission-driven care environmentwhile enjoying the rich culture and natural beauty of the region.Primary Responsibilities Womens Health Nurse ManagerDirect the day-to-day clinical and operational activities for womens health units including L&D, Postpartum, and NurserySupervise, train, and evaluate nursing and support staff while fostering a supportive, collaborative team cultureEnsure compliance with hospital protocols, regulatory standards, and clinical best practicesCollaborate with medical staff, OB providers, and executive leadership to ensure outstanding patient care and satisfactionOversee performance improvement plans, staff education programs, and unit quality measuresDevelop and maintain effective staffing plans, manage schedules, and optimize resource utilizationLead initiatives in safety, infection control, and Joint Commission preparednessServe as a key resource for clinical decision-making and problem-solving on the unitQualificationsEducation:Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN strongly preferredLicensure & Certifications:Active RN license in New Mexico or compact licensureBLS requiredCertification in Maternal-Newborn Nursing, Inpatient Obstetrics, or Nurse Leadership preferredExperience:5+ years of clinical nursing experience in OB, L&D, or postpartumMinimum 2 years of nurse management or supervisory experience in a hospital settingDesired Skills:Deep knowledge of maternal-child nursing care standardsExceptional leadership, mentoring, and team-building skillsAbility to drive change and promote evidence-based practiceStrong communication, planning, and problem-solving abilitiesWhy Work With Us?Join a respected healthcare system that puts patients, families, and staff at the center of everything it does.
