Trade Pro Coordinator

Through our Trade Program, we offer elevated online support, quick-ship samples, and dedicated design collaboration that empowers trade professionals to push the boundaries of masonry design.
Role Overview
We're looking for a dynamic, detail-obsessed Trade Pro Coordinator to serve as the frontline liaison for our growing Trade Program. This role is equal parts relationship builder, design consultant, deal closer, and logistics coordinator.
You’ll work directly with architects, designers, builders, and contractors—ensuring they receive unparalleled service, creative support, and access to the right masonry veneer solutions to elevate their projects.
What You’ll Do
· Foster Relationships: Develop and manage a portfolio of Trade Pro clients, delivering personalized outreach, project follow-ups, and proactive support.
· Design Collaboration: Assist with material selection, color and profile recommendations, and the creative use of our products in real-world applications.
· Close the Deal: Guide trade professionals through pricing, quoting, and final decisions to turn specifications into orders.
· Coordinate Fulfillment: Orchestrate sampling and shipment logistics, ensuring orders are processed quickly and arrive on time.
· Champion the Brand: Share inspiring product stories, new releases, and Trade Pro perks—helping our partners feel part of something bigger.
· Gather Insights: Capture feedback and market insights to improve program offerings and support future product development.

Qualifications
· 3+ years experience in customer experience, inside sales, account management, or a related role—preferably in building materials, interior design, or architecture
· Strong working knowledge of design principles and/or material selection
· Experience using CRM systems and order processing tools
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
