🔒 Now Hiring: 8 Construction Surveillance Technicians (CST) I–II

📍 Location: F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyoming

📅 Start Date: November 1, 2025

Are you ready to play a critical role in national security? Join our team supporting the construction of secure facilities (SCIFs and SAPFs) at F.E. Warren AFB. We’re hiring 8 CSTs to ensure compliance with physical security standards and support the accreditation of secure spaces.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor construction activities for security compliance
• Inspect materials and document construction progress
• Identify and report threats, vulnerabilities, and risks
• Draft incident reports for government and military leadership
• Manage escort personnel and enforce SOPs
• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members

📚 Experience Levels:

• CST I: 1–2 years of relevant experience
• CST II: 3–5 years of relevant experience
• Equivalencies:
• SFPC = 3 years
• Bachelor’s Degree = 4 years
• SPSC = 5 years
• Max SPED credit = 5 years

🛠 Required Training (within 30 days of hire):

• DoD SAPCO-approved SAPNP (if applicable)
• CDSE STEPP ICD 705 Physical Security Construction
• Site-specific safety training (e.g., OSHA 10, Fall Protection, Confined Space)

💵 Pay Rates:

• CST I: $30–$38/hour
• CST II: $40–$44/hour
