An established and prestigious spa operation in Malta is currently seeking a Spa Supervisor to join its team. This is a full-time role for an experienced professional passionate about wellness, customer care, and team leadership.
The Spa Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the spa, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing staff performance, and maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and professionalism.
Supervise daily spa operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
Lead, motivate, and support a team of therapists and front-desk staff
Maintain high levels of customer service and handle guest feedback or concerns promptly and professionally
Coordinate staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage during peak times
Assist with staff training and development, ensuring adherence to service protocols and standards
Monitor inventory and ensure appropriate stock levels of products and supplies
Uphold hygiene, safety, and wellness standards across all areas of the spa
Support in promoting spa services and driving revenue through upselling and packages
Prepare and submit performance and operational reports to management
Proven experience in a supervisory or senior therapist role within a spa, wellness center, or hospitality environment
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Passion for wellness, customer care, and staff development
Knowledge of spa treatments and products
Fluent in English; additional languages considered an asset
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
