As a Junior Solutions Engineer at Bitmovin, you’ll be doing some pretty cool stuff:
🎤 Be the Voice : Represent Bitmovin to some of the biggest names in video streaming, advocating for their needs and making sure they succeed with our products.
🔧 Solve Cool Tech Problems : Dive deep into video workflows, troubleshoot tech issues, and help customers optimize their video systems.
💡 Discover Opportunities : Help uncover customers' business challenges, find solutions, and suggest new ways they can get more value out of Bitmovin products.
👥 Collaborate & Grow : Work closely with our Customer Success Managers to host quarterly business reviews and help guide customers on their video journey.
🚀 Continuous Learning : Stay ahead of the curve, learn new things, and be part of a company that’s always pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in media tech.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone with a mix of tech skills, communication flair, and the eagerness to grow in the world of video streaming:
💻 Tech Enthusiast : Experience in software development is a MUST (languages like JavaScript, Java, Swift, Kotlin, Python, etc.).
📚 Learning Mindset : A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar field is awesome, and we also value hands-on experience and a love for learning!
🗣 Communication Pro : Love talking to people? You’ll be engaging with customers to help them solve problems and achieve success.
🎥 Video Tech Knowledge : Experience with video compression, playback, or similar media tech? Even better!
🌍 Bilingual Bonus : If you speak Spanish, that's a huge plus!
