This role also includes light housekeeping duties to help maintain a clean and welcoming environment. This position is ideal for retirees who are looking for flexible, low-stress work in a professional setting. Key Responsibilities: * Safely transport customers to/from the dealership using the dealership-provided shuttle vehicle * Provide a pleasant and professional customer experience during each ride * Keep the shuttle vehicle clean and well-maintained * Perform light housekeeping duties in the customer lounge and service areas (e.g., wiping down surfaces, restocking coffee/snack stations, tidying up common areas) * Assist with light dealership tasks such as vehicle movement or errands as needed * Report any maintenance or safety issues with the shuttle vehicle * Follow all traffic laws and dealership driving policies Qualifications: * Valid Michigan driver’s license with a clean driving record * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Friendly, professional, and courteous demeanor * Dependable and detail-oriented * Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule (morning/afternoon shifts) Preferred: * Prior experience in a customer service, janitorial, or driving role * Retirees encouraged to apply!
