TrustPoint.One has partnered with a top global law firm in their search for a highly skilled Senior Litigation Paralegal to join their team in Palo Alto, CA. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-profile litigation matters, including Securities Litigation, Class Actions, AI, Privacy, Cybersecurity, Data Innovation, White Collar, and Intellectual Property cases. The ideal Senior Litigation Paralegal candidate will have a strong litigation background, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation

• Manage case calendars and ensure all deadlines are met

• Draft and prepare court filings in Federal and State courts

• Support discovery, including document collection, organization, review, and production

• Proofread, cite check, and blue book court briefs and discovery documents

• Prepare deposition materials, trial exhibits, and case indices

• Coordinate with external vendors and legal teams across multiple offices

• Assist with the preparations for trials and arbitrations

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior paralegals and legal assistants

Qualifications:

• 7+ of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in a large law firm

• Bachelor’s degree

• Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program

• Strong knowledge of litigation practices, court procedures, and eDiscovery workflows

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, LexisNexis, Westlaw, iManage, Relativity, Opus 2, and CaseMap

• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cases under tight deadlines

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across multiple offices

• Availability to travel and work overtime as needed
