You have a passion for creativity and take pride in producing high-quality results. Your marketing materials are catered and designed by a distinct understanding of Beedash's target customer base. You have strong written skills and attention to detail. You work well on a team with a positive attitude, have a natural curiosity for new topics and can effectively produce marketing concepts through team discourse and feedback. You are able to take full ownership of a project and make it your own.

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate and execute marketing strategies to elevate the Beedash brand.
• Manage and optimize our social media presence, encompassing both organic and paid campaigns.
• Lead email marketing initiatives using platforms like HubSpot and Mailchimp.
• Design engaging marketing materials, with proficiency in Adobe Suite highly valued.
• Create and market service offering packages tailored to customer needs.
• Organize and prepare for industry conferences, including material preparation and strategic planning.
• Manage public relations efforts to uphold and enhance Beedash's public image.
• Analyze marketing data to refine strategies for maximum ROI.
• Independently oversee projects, showcasing initiative and problem-solving skills.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and apply them strategically.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in a marketing role.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and marketing strategies.
• Experience with email marketing tools such as HubSpot and Mailchimp.
• Adobe Creative Suite skills highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Google Ads and digital advertising platforms is a plus.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and project management abilities.
• Capability to handle multiple projects in a dynamic setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
