Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to expand our client base within the fleet, retail, and sports sectors. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports, experience in B2B sales, and the ability to build strong relationships with sports and retail environments, particularly with teams, leagues, clubs, schools, universities, and event organizers.

This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and working closely with design, production, and installation teams to deliver top-tier printing solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the fleet, retail, and sports sectors (e.g., professional teams and leagues, and other sports organizations).
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by providing excellent service and support.
  • Understand client needs and present tailored décor and printing solutions, including banners, promotional materials, and branded gear.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • I'd like you to collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the printing, sports, or promotional products industries.
  • Strong understanding of the sports and retail markets and their unique printing needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and accountability.
  • An unwavering mindset in the face of rejection maintains a positive, results-driven attitude.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling custom printing solutions, especially within sports and retail environments.
  • Existing network within the sports or retail industry.
  • Background in sports (e.g., former athlete, coach, or involvement in sports management).
