What You’ll Do

- Lead full-cycle recruitment processes (from sourcing to hiring) for open positions across the organization.

- Perform active sourcing via LinkedIn, job portals, and recruitment software.

- Screen and interview candidates, evaluating their qualifications, motivation, and cultural fit.

- Manage ATS and internal candidate database, ensuring data accuracy and regular updates.

- Coordinate with hiring managers and the global HR team to align recruitment strategies and ensure seamless execution.

- Prepare job offers and collaborate on onboarding documentation and communication.

- Support new employees during onboarding to ensure a smooth integration into the company.

- Assist in presenting and explaining benefits packages to candidates and new hires (medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, etc.).

- Collaborate with PEO to provide information and documentation when needed.

- Work closely with other areas of HR, such as Payroll, Learning & Development, or Employee Experience, on transversal projects.

- Collaborate with engineering, operations, finance, and executive teams to understand hiring needs.

What You Bring

- Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related fields.

- 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in Renewables, Construction, Engineering, or other technical environments.

- Experience managing high-volume and diverse recruitment processes.

- Experience or knowledge in Compensation & Benefits is highly valued.

- Preferred: Bilingual in English and Spanish, but not required.

- Familiar with the U.S. labor market, especially in engineering and renewable energy.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to manage relationships with internal teams and candidates.

- High digital literacy (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, MS Office Suite).

- Results-driven, proactive, organized, and self-motivated.

- Able to “wear many hats” and adapt in a fast-paced, start-up-like environment.

Other information

- This position will be based in Southlake, TX, on a full-time basis.

- Travel may be required occasionally.

- Competitive salary package depending on experience.

- The successful candidate will be part of a growing international team, playing a key role in the launch of EMC Renewables in the U.S.
