About the Company:

A fast-growing Electrical Subcontractor specializing in mission-critical facilities, with a proven track record in the design, installation, and commissioning of complex electrical systems for hyperscale and colocation data centers.

Position Overview:

An experienced Project Manager with a strong background in electrical contracting and a successful history of managing large-scale data center construction projects. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry knowledge, outstanding leadership skills, and a proactive, solution-driven mindset to help deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of electrical work for data center construction projects, from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage project schedules, budgets, procurement, and manpower planning
• Collaborate closely with General Contractors, Owners, and internal teams including engineering, field staff, and estimators
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards
• Monitor project performance and proactively address any challenges or risks
• Provide leadership and support to field personnel and subcontractors
• Conduct project meetings, manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Maintain strong client relationships and represent the company in a professional manner

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of project management experience in electrical construction
• Proven experience managing data center or other mission-critical facility builds
• Strong understanding of NEC, electrical systems, and construction sequencing
• Excellent communication, organizational, and team leadership skills
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and project documents
• Proficient in project management software (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, etc.)
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred
• Willingness to travel within Texas as needed
