Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting project management activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within scope. This position requires strong communication skills and proficiency in various construction management software tools. The Project Coordinator will work closely with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate project execution.

Duties

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules using tools such as BuilderTrend, Autodesk, and Gathr.
  • Coordinate project documentation, including contracts, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Coordination of purchasing and tracking of materials for each project
  • Utilize construction management software to track project progress and ensure compliance with project plans and specifications
  • Facilitate communication between team members, contractors, and clients to ensure alignment on project goals.
  • Prepare reports on project status, including updates on timelines and deliverables.
  • Assist in the management of budgets and resources throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in construction management software
  • Experience with project scheduling techniques and tools
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and terminology
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
  • Previous experience in a pool construction environment is a plus but not mandatory.
  • degree in Construction Management or a related field is desirable but not required.
