Job Title: Pre-Roll Machine Operator

Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay Rate: $20–25/hour (based on experience and aptitude)

About Us:

We're committed to precision, innovation, and quality in every product we deliver. As we expand our pre-roll production, we’re seeking a mechanically inclined, detail-oriented Pre-Roll Machine Operator to lead the operation of our RollPros joint rolling machine. This is a dynamic role that also supports other post-harvest functions such as trimming and packaging, during downtime in pre-roll production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain the pre-roll machine to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical issues during production.
  • Perform regular calibration, cleaning, and repair of machine components.
  • Assemble, disassemble, and inspect mechanical parts as needed.
  • Document and track production metrics, downtime, and maintenance logs.
  • Collaborate with the Post-Harvest team to support trimming, packaging, and fulfillment when pre-roll production is idle.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

  • Electrical Systems: Basic troubleshooting using multimeters; low-voltage circuit experience a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience operating cannabis pre-roll machinery or other production equipment.
  • Experience in cannabis post-harvest operations (trimming, packaging, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and state compliance regulations.
  • Mechanical Aptitude Test results (WTMA, RMA, or CAT) are a bonus.
