Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced support and troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 applications; identify and resolve performance issues and escalate as needed.
• Manage Exchange Online mail flow, enforce mailbox policies, apply security protocols, execute eDiscovery and legal holds, and resolve related issues.
• Collaborate with Teams Voice engineers to support and enhance Microsoft Teams functionality.
• Configure and maintain SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business, responding to user requests and optimizing usage.
• Administer user accounts and manage access controls across Microsoft 365 services.
• Work with Security and IAM teams to implement and enforce security policies such as MFA, DLP, and compliance solutions.
• Lead migration efforts involving data and services to Microsoft 365, including file storage and collaboration platforms.
• Maintain detailed technical documentation, including system configurations, troubleshooting steps, and architectural diagrams.
• Optimize Microsoft 365 licensing and subscription models to ensure cost-efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to ensure smooth integration of Microsoft 365 with other core systems and applications.

Qualifications & Skills

• Years of experience administering and supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
• Proficient in PowerShell for scripting and automation within Microsoft 365.
• Deep knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and other Microsoft 365 tools.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 security and compliance features, including Conditional Access and the Security & Compliance Center.
• Strong grasp of Active Directory and Entra ID (Azure AD) management.
• Experience with hybrid IT environments and cloud migration initiatives.
• Analytical mindset with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working independently and collaborating in team environments.
• Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Security & Compliance, etc.).
• Experience with third-party Microsoft 365 management tools is a bonus.
