Customers can complete much of the process online with the support of licensed loan consultants.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Licensed Loan Officers at Swell Loans LLC. The sales role involves duties of speaking with potential borrowers from paid company leads to help them find the most advantageous path to their needs and wants. The loan officer will have an array of products available to be able to offer the borrowers from Home Equity, Conventional, Governmental Products and Non QM loan options.
Qualifications
Loan Officers with current and recently expired licenses are eligible
Proficiency in loan origination processes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of mortgage products
Previous experience in the mortgage industry is a must
Valid NMLS license
