Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with site leaders to promote a culture of trust, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Provide coaching and support for employee relations, team dynamics, and performance management.
• Lead investigations involving harassment, discrimination, and policy violations.
• Develop and advise on HR policies, compliance, and employment best practices.
• Oversee core HR processes such as performance reviews, compensation planning, and succession management.
• Manage full-cycle talent initiatives, including recruitment, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
• Deliver leadership and development training across the site.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics, reporting key insights to leadership.
• Identify and implement HR process improvements to drive efficiency and impact.
• Support additional HR functions as needed under the direction of the Sr. HR Manager.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience.
• Expertise in performance management, employee relations, and HR data analytics.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is strongly preferred.
• Solid knowledge of employment law, EEO regulations, and AAP practices.
• Preferred certification: PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP .
• Strong communication, problem-solving, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to influence across levels and drive positive organizational change.
