The Company:
Our client is a subsidiary of a real estate investment firm with over $10.2 billion in assets under management. Our client oversees the planning, development, and management of a diverse real estate portfolio in Southwest Montana, including residential, hospitality, commercial, and workforce housing assets.
At the core of the portfolio are three premier private communities in Big Sky—Yellowstone Club, Spanish Peaks Mountain Club, and Moonlight Basin.
