Graphic Designer
We're looking for a versatile and imaginative Graphic Designer to create engaging visuals across print and digital platforms. This role calls for a motivated individual with a keen eye for detail, the ability to manage multiple projects, and a passion for turning ideas into impactful creative work.
Key Duties: - Developing design concepts by researching and analyzing project objectives.
- Producing layouts, mockups, and finalized artwork for a variety of formats, including print, web, and digital presentations.
- Managing projects from concept through execution, including preparation of files for production or publishing.
- Collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and external partners such as web developers, printers, and marketing agencies.
- Offering creative input during brainstorming sessions and campaign development.
- Working directly with stakeholders to align design direction with business goals.
- Creating branded materials including logos, website graphics, email campaigns, presentation decks, and product visuals.
- Reviewing and refining design work to ensure brand consistency and quality.
- Supporting leadership with presentation visuals and reports for executive and board-level meetings.
Preferred Background and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a closely related discipline.
- Previous experience in a design role within industries such as real estate, construction, or commercial services is a plus.
- A strong portfolio showcasing creativity and technical proficiency.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Quark experience also welcome).
- Working knowledge of branding, marketing strategy, user experience, and digital content design.
- Familiarity with web and email design, including HTML and tools like Pardot or other marketing automation platforms.
- Experience in web development or integration projects is advantageous.
- Bonus: Strong writing skills or copywriting experience.
- Bonus: Presentation and multimedia design experience.
