We are seeking a client-focused Syteline / ERP Project Manager to lead the successful implementation, optimization, and adoption of the Infor Syteline ERP system across client organizations. This role is highly collaborative and demands a strong track record of delivering ERP projects that align with business goals, drive operational efficiencies, and create long-term value for clients.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing full-cycle ERP implementations from a client perspective and is confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels. You will serve as a strategic partner, guiding clients through complex transformations and ensuring the ERP solution is tailored to their specific needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Infor Syteline ERP implementations, including planning, requirements gathering, execution, training, go-live, and post-deployment support
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand current-state processes, identify improvement opportunities, and align ERP capabilities with business strategy
• Oversee data conversion, system integrations, and ERP customizations to meet specific client requirements
• Proactively identify project risks and roadblocks; develop and communicate mitigation plans with internal and client teams
• Support client success post-go-live by tracking KPIs, providing training, and recommending system enhancements or continuous improvement initiatives
• Partner with vendors, consultants, and internal technical teams to deliver seamless and scalable ERP solutions

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience leading Infor Syteline ERP implementations, preferably from the client side or in a client-facing consulting role
• Strong background in ERP project management, business process optimization, and change management within manufacturing, distribution, or related industries
• Skilled in managing complex stakeholder relationships and translating technical needs into business outcomes
• Experience with data migration, system integration, and functional ERP configuration
• Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; capable of influencing and guiding cross-functional client teams
• Certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, or relevant ERP credentials are a plus
