Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Member Flight Specialist to join our Scottsdale-based team. This role is crucial in providing concierge-level coordination for our members' private flights, ensuring each journey is personalized and tailored to their needs. You will be responsible for selecting the best aircraft options from our global network of operating partners, ensuring safety, cost-efficiency, and a seamless travel experience.
Key Responsibilities:
· Tailor each flight detail to ensure a personalized and unforgettable experience for members.
· Work closely with members to identify the most suitable aircraft for their needs.
· Offer bespoke travel suggestions that align with members' preferences and desires.
· Uphold the highest standards of safety while optimizing for cost-effective travel solutions.
Qualifications:
· Demonstrated passion for aviation and a solid understanding of the private flight industry.
· Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
· Strong organizational abilities, detail-oriented with a proactive approach to anticipating member needs.
· Experience in customer service, hospitality, or aviation-related fields is preferred.
· Familiarity with aviation safety standards and regulations.
