Title: Finance Business Partner
Location: Foster City CA (Hybrid -3 days)
Duration: 6 months
Essential Functions:
Leads the coordination, organization and execution of quantitative and qualitative analyses. Examples of activities include traditional budgeting and forecasting, month end close and enhanced financial/business reporting, business case development and business planning support.
Establishes and maintains relationships with a broad base of key stakeholders (i.e., executives and staff) in the business and serves as a key point of contact for finance issues.
Acquires and maintains a deep understanding of the strategies, priorities and issues of the business.
Applies overall analytical skills and experience to become a highly valued business partner.
Demonstrates well-developed strategic, analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Is team oriented, collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible, with excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities
Operates with minimal supervision and is able to make informed, well-reasoned decisions independently.
Identifies and implements changes that improve efficiency and effectiveness of operational decision making.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
5 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
B.S. or B.A. in Accounting or Finance, with 5+ years of business experience with a financial/analytical/consultative focus with progressively increasing responsibility.
Superior analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to clearly communicate results with senior level executives
Ability to contribute new ideas and find solutions to business challenges for operating divisions as well as Finance while delivering top-quality customer service.
Experience in budgeting and forecasting, month end close and process development.
Advanced level of Excel and PowerPoint required
Experience with financial systems/data tools (e.g., Hyperion, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
