About the Role:

As Executive Assistant, you'll provide crucial support to the President and collaborate on various projects. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the mission of expanding college opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the President's calendar and coordinate internal/external meetings
  • Handle administrative tasks including correspondence, travel arrangements, and document preparation
  • Collaborate on initiatives and work directly with the Board of Directors
  • Assist in planning and implementing annual events
  • Conduct research on higher education topics
  • Manage office supplies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience with calendar management and scheduling required
  • Experience working with a Board of Directors preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration

  • Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
