Job Description

We have partnered with a Private Investment firm based out of West Conshohocken looking for their first administrative hire! This is a fast-paced position in a new and hyper-growth financial firm. As the first administrative hire, this EA/Office Manager will primarily support the CEO and back up support to the growing office of 12. This person will have constant communication with internal leadership as well as externally with clients. This is a stellar opportunity to join a small, dynamic team with a strong culture and mission.

Typical duties (but are not limited to): Manage extremely active calendars (Outlook) with appointments and video conferences (Zoom); complete expense reports; compose and prepare correspondence; help arrange complex and detailed travel plans including itineraries and agendas; manage a variety of special projects for the partners, as needed. This role will also take ownership of general office operations—ordering supplies, managing vendor relationships, coordinating team events, and ensuring a smooth day-to-day office environment.

Requirements : Bachelor's Degree preferred, 3–5+ years of Executive Assistant experience preferably in a professional services environment, strong communication skills, high attention to detail, team player mentality, and demonstrated excellence in time management, prioritization, and organizational skills. Bubbly personality a plus!

Schedule: 4–5 days a week in the office, standard hours

Pay: $75–100K base + bonus + comprehensive benefits
