District Manager – Carl’s Jr. (San Fernando Valley Area Only)

Location: San Fernando Valley, CA (Must live locally)

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven District Manager to oversee multiple Carl’s Jr. restaurants in the San Fernando Valley. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on developing strong teams, improving operations, increasing sales and profitability, and making a measurable impact at the ground level.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be responsible for the daily leadership and performance of several Carl’s Jr. locations. This includes working closely with General Managers to improve guest experience, enhance food quality, and drive operational efficiency. A key focus of this role is to increase sales and profitability across all assigned stores while building a strong leadership pipeline.

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple Carl’s Jr. restaurants
  • Partner with General Managers to drive revenue, guest satisfaction, and brand consistency
  • Monitor and manage key financial metrics including food and labor costs
  • Ensure strong food quality, service standards, and operational execution
  • Recruit, train, and retain leadership talent to support future growth
  • Conduct regular store visits to coach teams and ensure accountability
  • Lead local store marketing and community engagement efforts
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, brand, and HR policies

Who Should Apply

This role requires hands-on QSR leadership experience. Only candidates with at least 5 years of experience managing three or more QSR locations, including drive-thru operations , will be considered. Applicants must have a demonstrated history of increasing sales, improving team performance, and running high-volume operations.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of QSR or multi-unit management experience (Carl’s Jr. or similar)
  • Proven track record in leading drive-thru operations
  • Strong financial understanding including food/labor cost and P&L management
  • Passion for coaching and developing teams
  • Local to the San Fernando Valley
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
