Director or VP of Operations

We’re hiring a Director (or VP) of Operations to lead daily operations at a 40K sq ft warehouse with 20K sq ft cold storage facility with a mobile and cash & carry component. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on operational excellence, team development, and long-term strategic growth.
You’ll oversee inventory and facility functions, oversee bookkeeping, manage staff, support client relationships, and drive process improvements—especially in product distribution and optimization.
Required:
Operations leadership in a warehouse, logistics, or cold storage environment
Strong systems/process improvement experience and mindset
Hands-on leadership with a people-first management style
Experience with facility operations, inventory systems, and vendor coordination
Proficiency with financial reports (P&L, AR/AP, budgeting, forecasting)
