  • Coordinate with the Green Sustainable Hub, Capital Advisory, and Ratings Advisory teams to create value-added content for clients.
  • Maintain collaboration with DCM colleagues in Paris, London, Dubai, Hong Kong, Sydney, and Tokyo to stay informed about market developments in non-USD currencies and identify relevant client opportunities.
  • Oversee DCM processes, liaising with internal and external parties, including management, general counsel, compliance, risk management, joint underwriters, accountants, and rating agencies.
  • Provide information to senior management to support the monitoring of market conditions and trends.
  • Participate in the preparation of market commentary, economic updates, and new issuance information, managing resources effectively.
  • Create and maintain compelling client presentations, utilizing PowerPoint, Word, and Excel for meetings.
  • Collaborate with coverage teams to identify and attract new corporate clients.
  • Analyze the financial and operational performance of companies seeking capital-raising solutions, providing insightful recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; a minimum of two years of relevant work experience is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of debt capital markets, particularly in Latin America, with significant experience in Financial Institutions Group (FIG) clients.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with a commitment to exceeding expectations.
  • Strong work ethic and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Proven ability to produce original, thoughtful content and engaging presentations.
  • SIE, Series 7, 79, and 63
