Job Description

I'm working with one of my favorite clients, a boutique management consulting firm, to hire a Contract Recruiter to help the team reach their growth goals. The strong preference is for this hire to convert from contract to a permanent hire.

Details:

• Hourly Rate: $60-$70 per hour
• Guaranteed length of employment: 4 months (with full intention to hire permanently)
• Hours per week: 40 hours per week
• Location: 3 days per week in NYC office (in Flatiron on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursdays)

About the Company & Role:

This role will be responsible for recruiting Management Consultants across two main levels:

• New graduates (candidates who graduated from undergrad in 2025)
• Early career professionals with 2 - 3 years of work experience

• Everyone at the company makes hiring a priority - everyone, no matter what level, is completely willing to spend as much time as needed interviewing and they always provide fast and detailed feedback
• They've spent time developing thoughtful and successful interview processes, so you won't have to do much re-engineering (if any)
• The applicants will be largely in-bound, but do require several touchpoints, so that's where you come in!

Qualifications:

• They are looking for a recruiter with at least 3 years of full cycle recruiting experience - agency or in-house recruiting experience is totally fine!
• Campus recruiting experience a plus
• No need to have experience recruiting management consultants, any type of recruiting for full time salaried roles are fine (the candidates come from high-caliber backgrounds)
