As a Continuous Improvement Specialist , you’ll play a key role in advancing our Raymond Lean Management (RLM) , Toyota Production System (TPS), and ASEC methodologies. You'll partner across departments and eventually with customers to implement strategic initiatives, drive process improvements, and build a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:
· Lead and coach cross-functional teams on RLM/TPS tools and methods
· Identify improvement opportunities and execute projects that positively impact KPIs (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Engagement, Morale)
· Continuous cultivation and advancement of employee expertise in RLM/TPS functions.
· Apply tools such as A3s, value stream mapping, standard work, 5S, PDCA, and visual management
· Work will include routine and moderately challenging tasks
· Support and scale a culture of lean thinking across all levels of the organization
· Champion safety as a non-negotiable priority
Education and/or Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations, or related field (or 3+ years equivalent experience)
· 3+ years of practical experience in continuous improvement or formal TPS/Lean training
· Strong communication, presentation, and coaching skills
· Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
· Background in Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, or related methodologies is a plus
· Experience in material handling, manufacturing, or logistics is highly valued
· PMP certification a plus
