Job Description

Windwood Family Services is looking for a Chief Organizational Excellence Officer ( SC Licensure as a RN, LPC, LISW-CP, or LMFT) to s upervise team of healthcare professionals to ensure clinical records are in compliance with current COA, CMS, and state contract regulations and in accordance with evidence-based 

care guidelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintains the collection and recording of the residents’ clinical, nursing to include medication and general healthcare information, psychiatric, residential care, critical decision-making processes, safeguards resident privacy, ensures regulatory compliance is met and improves resident care outcomes.

  • Leads agency re-accreditation process: Takes lead in preparing team members for upcoming

COA Re-accreditation.

  • Holds monthly meetings and assign information collection activities with agency

staff.

  • Develops Logic Model with team members for all accredited programs. 

  • Develops standard operating procedure manuals for each agency department; matches updated policies with procedures and protocols needed that meet COA re-accreditation standards.

  • Utilizes information from existing state fee for service contract requirements, SCSCDSS and DPH licensing requirements, Federal CMS and state Medicaid standards.

  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational and strategic plan

processes, reporting on progress and adjusting strategies as necessary to meet business

objectives. 

  • Lead the development and implementation of performance quality improvement

strategies across all operational areas to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

  • Electronic Healthcare Administration : Ensures secure storing of resident data, provides

regulated access to resident records; ensures adherence to mandated retention periods, and

executes secure disposal.

  • Compiles treatment information from open and closed client charts requested from outside agencies and send records as requested. Prepares client discharge packets of multidisciplinary team information.

  • Supervision: provides direct supervision to team of Compliance and Utilization Review Supervisors.  

Qualifications: Required: SC Licensure as a RN, LPC, LISW-CP, or LMFT

Salary: FTE with benefit package starting salary $93,000
