Location: Santa Ana, CA 92704

Position Type: Full-Time, 100% Onsite

Pay: $22/hour

Start Date: Immediately after in-person interview (early next week)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Administrative Office Manager to join our team in Santa Ana. This full-time, onsite role is responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations, administrative procedures, and support functions to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety. You’ll be a key player in supporting daily operations and maintaining a productive office environment.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Organize and streamline office operations and administrative procedures
  • Manage cash and credit card transactions; maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports
  • Serve as the main point of contact for office maintenance, mail, shipping, supplies, billing, and errands
  • Develop and maintain effective intra-office communication protocols
  • Oversee inventory control and ensure supplies are well-stocked
  • Provide receptionist coverage as needed
  • Supervise, train, and support the receptionist
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned
  • Work mandatory overtime as required

Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of experience as an Office Manager or Administrative Assistant
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and general office equipment
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience managing a variety of administrative tasks simultaneously
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to effectively communicate with employees at all levels
